Dr. Rachel Baker graduated from Batesville High School in 2003 where she met her future husband and Batesville native, Clark Baker. They went on to The University of Arkansas where she graduated with honors and a degree in Biology in 2007. She then earned her DDS from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 2013. She was a member of the Xi Psi Phi Dental fraternity, earned the Joseph W. Graham scholarship for excellence in restorative dentistry, was accepted to the Advanced Prosthetics class, and taught several freshman and sophomore labs her senior year due to her advanced clinical standing in the senior class. She is currently a member of many organizations, including the ADA, ASDA, Northeast AR Dental Society, and Batesville Rotary Club.
She and her husband reside in Batesville AR where they live with their two children. She enjoys spending time with her kids, cooking, traveling and watching Razorback football.
Her favorite things about dentistry are giving someone function back when a tooth (or multiple teeth) have been missing for a long time, getting someone out of pain, and restoring someone’s smile and confidence.
She is very excited to realize her dream of owning her own dental practice and is very excited to be living in Batesville with the rest of her family!
